Please read our No Refund Policy carefully before making a purchase. By completing your order, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined below.
1. All Sales Are Final
Due to the nature of our business model (custom fulfillment and third-party logistics), all sales are final.
Once an order has been placed and processed, we do not offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations under any circumstances.
2. Order Errors or Address Issues
Please make sure all shipping and billing information is accurate before completing checkout.
We are not responsible for incorrect shipping addresses, missed deliveries, or errors made by the customer during checkout.
3. Damaged or Defective Items
If your product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

Photos of the damaged item and packaging
We will review the case and, if eligible, send a replacement at no additional cost. Refunds are not issued for these cases — only replacements.
4. Lost or Delayed Packages
Shipping times vary depending on location and courier.
We are not responsible for delays caused by customs, shipping carriers, or unforeseen circumstances (weather, strikes, etc.).
If a package is confirmed lost by the carrier, we will issue a replacement order.
5. Unauthorized Returns
Items returned to us without prior authorization will not be accepted or refunded.
We do not process “change of mind” returns or exchanges.
6. Chargebacks & Disputes
Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute after agreeing to these terms is considered a breach of policy.
We reserve the right to provide proof of shipment and communication to the payment processor to resolve disputes.
